The location of this hotel is excellent - very central to all of the interesting locations of Jerusalem (old town, religious sights, markets). Excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, although too costly to have as an add-on to the room rate if the rate doesn't include breakfast. A bit of a grizzle about the laundry - we had a shirt and trousers laundered at considerable expense, and they came back washed but scrunched up - not ironed, so we had to iron them ourselves. Complained, but nothing done. The staff were helpful, but not the jolliest. Jerusalem is expensive - typical of other main European destinations (a shock after Egypt, which was so cheap). We would stay again.

Definitely the idea of a free happy hour is an excellent one. After a whole day touring in Jerusalem and skipping lunch because of the many sites to visit, on our way back to the hotel, after relaxing a little bit in the room, the chance to have good snacks (crisps but also healthy snacks) in the hall, was a moment of full relaxation and reward after such a long and tiring day. The people at the reception were always welcoming and willing to fulfill every request. This hotel is like Jerusalem, you feel at home! Ciao Serena

Feels like a family run hotel rather then a hotel chain. Excelent location next to the city center and the tram. Complemetry diary refreshment with wine, salads, soup and more. Nice breakfast. Very plesent hotel staff. We came with a dog and the hotel was very accomodating and provided bed for the dog.

I highly recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is excellent. Everything matches the description perfectly. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Wishing you all the best!

Konstantin

Breakfast was simple but comprehensive and delicious. I liked my room, I was working and it suited my needs. I was there during the Sabbath so the area was shut down and it rained most of the day Saturday so Sunday was a delightful surprise to see it come to life.
